The site is accessible free of charge, 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or maintenance. WinLease may suspend, modify or discontinue all or part of the site without notice and without compensation.
The financing services presented are intended exclusively for professionals (companies, self-employed persons, liberal professions) acting in the course of their business. The site does not offer consumer credit.
The payments, rates and amounts displayed (notably via the simulator) are indicative and non-contractual. They constitute neither an offer nor financial, accounting or tax advice. Any firm offer is formalised in a written proposal after analysis of the file.
Access to the Partner Portal is reserved for partners with personal credentials, which they undertake to keep confidential. Use of the portal is governed by the partnership agreement concluded with WinLease, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
The content of the site is protected (see FAQ Framework agreement Legal notice). WinLease does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation and cannot be held liable for indirect damage linked to the use of the site.
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. WinLease may amend these terms at any time; the version published on the site applies. Belgian law governs; the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
